Quote requests

When you send a quote request, we process your name, contact details, the details of your part and the photos you add. We use them only to answer your request and to carry out the work you order (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)).

Requests reach us by email. We keep them as long as needed to handle your request and to meet our legal obligations, and then delete them.

Analytics and cookies

If you allow analytics, we use Google Analytics to understand how the website is used. Analytics cookies are set only after you consent (GDPR Article 6(1)(a)). You can withdraw consent at any time with the "Cookie settings" link at the bottom of every page.

Service providers

We use service providers for website hosting, email delivery and, with your consent, analytics. They process data on our behalf and only as needed to provide their service. Some may process data outside the EU under appropriate safeguards, such as the EU standard contractual clauses.
